I believe we all are 'here to enrich the world' with the humble contribution of our talents. By pursuing such a goal, we also enrich our own lives and the lives of the people we love and interact with daily.

After having worked over 15 years in the finance sector, I decided to enrich my personal and professional journey by pursuing my calling of enhancing peoples' professional and personal lives using improvisation theatre techniques and personal/leadership development tools. I launched ImprovLEAD mainly to extend the benefits of the 'improviser's mindset' to everyone who seeks a transformational change in their personal/professional lives; to everyone who wants to improve their communication skills and to everyone who has the courage to break out of their comfort zone to get to the next level.

In my work as a coach, I motivate my clients to aim for transformational changes that have a noticeable and long lasting impact on their lives. Therefore, I work with people who are fully committed with their personal or professional development and are willing to go the extra mile to achieve this goal.

I add to my corporate experience as a manager and analyst the knowledge of improvisation theatre techniques gathered during years of professional practice, and my research and passion on neuroscience and cognitive psychology. I am really fascinated by how the brain works and perceives our inner and outer worlds, and this certainly influences my coaching and training sessions.

The values that drive my work--which to some extent are obviously aligned with the principles of improvisation theatre--are: humor, curiosity, freedom, knowledge, adaptability, collaboration, respect and no judgement.

Based on my own experience practising improv theatre coupled with powerful and practical techniques learned from top experts and researchers in psychology, coaching and well-being, I am committed to helping individuals and teams embrace change and communicate empathically and effectively. My aim is for people to have fulfilling working experiences by becoming the best version of themselves, enjoying what they know to do best and by easily collaborating with teams/colleagues towards achieving common goals.
